About Claudia Schoen
I am 40 years old and I live in Germany and make collage art or paint at home and work as art therapist with people who have health issues. My work is colorful with whimsical designs which often include uplifting vintage images, papers and my paintings, to compose a style that feels both nostalgic and playful. I like to find magic in the mix of pattern like stripes and florals, old and new. I used to paint a lot in my childhood and always had a passion for different kinds of art and would describe my style as New Romanticism.
